At Mindful Career, I believe everyone has a unique purpose and inherent strengths. My mission is to help unveil those qualities and guide you onto a path that truly aligns with who you are, so you can live and work with purpose and fulfillment.

With over 20 years of experience in human capital strategy, psychological behavioural profiling, and strategic career development, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Fortune 500 leaders as an Executive Director at KPMG in Human Capital Advisory and as the head of a national recruitment firm for over 15 years. My background also includes masters in psychology and counselling, registered naturopath which allows me to blend corporate expertise with a deep understanding of human behaviour and holistic wellness.

So, what spurred this mission? A personal struggle with burnout and a disheartening disconnect with my career. This crisis became an introspective journey to rediscover my authentic purpose. From this transformative self-realization arose an earnest commitment to helping others find their distinct calling.

Endorsed by esteemed platforms such as CTV News, NBC News, Forbes, and the Harvard Business Review, MindfulCareer's unique proprietary career guidance methodology stands out. It seamlessly merges organizational psychology with a compassionate holistic touch. Inspired by global corporate paradigms, I've designed an approach that magnifies individual strengths, motivations and values, steering them towards their inherent purpose.

This methodology has served as a guiding light for countless individuals, paving their way to  job satisfaction, purposeful living, and their dream roles.
