You’ll meet bi-weekly with your coach for a private 1:1 session (about 60–90 minutes). Between sessions, you’ll have focused exercises, readings, and applications to integrate into your work—typically 1–2 hours per week. The program is designed to fit into a busy professional’s schedule.


Our methodology combines advanced psychometrics, behavioural analysis, and organizational psychology. Yes. In addition to your 1:1 coaching, you’ll have unlimited email access to your coach throughout the program. You’ll also receive lifetime access to all psychometric reports, development templates, and leadership resources.


Yes. As the program is delivered by licensed psychologists and certified counsellors, many clients are able to claim sessions under their health insurance plans. We also provide detailed receipts for reimbursement.


We use a combination of performance metrics (set in Month 5), personal goals defined during your gap analysis, and ongoing behavioural feedback. Success looks different for everyone—promotion, role transition, or stronger influence—but the framework ensures progress is concrete, measurable, and aligned with your long-term aspirations.


That’s exactly what the free intro call is for. You’ll speak with a Career Consultant who will walk you through the program, answer your specific questions, and help you see if it’s the right fit before committing.


We offer flexible payment options to make the program accessible. You can:

  • Pay in full upfront.
  • Spread the cost over 6 months with equal, interest-free instalments.
  • Choose extended financing (up to 24 months) through trusted partners such as Affirm, with low-interest options.

We also provide official insurance receipts, and in many cases clients are able to use their health benefits to offset costs. During your intro call, your Career Consultant will walk you through the payment options and help you select the plan that works best for your budget and timeline.
